Thank you for shopping with Shop Twnty Two! All our products are custom-made and printed on demand especially for you once an order is placed. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Every product goes through a production phase before shipping. Standard processing and printing takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed to our fulfillment partners. We ship across India with the following timelines:
- Standard Express Delivery: 2 to 5 business days from shipment to most metropolitan and tier-1/tier-2 cities.
- Remote Regions & India Post: 3 to 15 business days for remote locations, certain northeast pin codes, or areas served only by India Post.
Total estimated delivery from order placement is typically 5 to 8 business days for standard locations.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking notification with a live tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number so you can monitor your package in real time.
4. Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. An order may be returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unreachable after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) package.
If a shipment is returned, we will hold it for a maximum of 100 days. Contact us within this period to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply). After 100 days, unclaimed packages will be permanently discarded.
